Of course this is the world famous store that lives up to the hype – anything audio, photo, video from pro to amateur, they have it. The very knowledge staff and hyper efficient purchasing system means you get in and get out with what you need like no other store. I’ve been visiting B&H for more than 30 years and always go back because they have evolved with the times and are still the best.

Everyone told me it was the place to go if you needed a camera and they were right. But it wasn’t just cameras, they had every kind of electronics. Staff were by far the most knowledgeable personnel I’ve ever met at any store. Only down side was that the process to check out was a bit time consuming and cumbersome, so don’t expect a quick trip if you go. My only day in NYC was spent at this store due to the time it took, but I received quality services and products.

The website is easy to use, sure…but god help you if you need customer service. I’ve spent thousands with these guys and getting any help with issues is basically impossible. The staff responding has a poor command of English and asks endless redundant questions. They don’t help, they stick you with a broken product (that is within their return period) and couldn’t seem to care less. Spend your money on Amazon, where customer service is actually important.
