Purchased a black bralette for 15$(3x) way too big. Wouldnt let me exchane for right size or item of equal value but was happy to return a final sale item for customer before me. Horrible customer service.

I actually love the selection. However the 3 stars is because I can find very similar items, in ktown for a fraction of the price. It’s at least 2 times more at this store. Like 20 bucks for a belt or 40 for a sweater. You could find same for 10 or 15. The quality is not the best, even one salesperson admitted so.If they lowered the prices the stars would be higher. You’ll find a really cute collection of cheaply made, good for an occasion clothing. If in a pinch and have the cash you can put together a decent outfit and make it look more than what you paid for it. Hope this helps. Cheers!
