I live and Abilene and have purchased items from Betty + June several times. One of the items I ordered got back ordered by accident. The Betty + June contacted me and apologized AND gave me a full refund. I have nothing but great things to say about them. You can always tell the quality of customer service when a mistake is made. Obviously, their character rating is a 10 for 10 in my book.

Excellent Customer Service Experience! I contacted Betty & June to purchase a birthday gift for my wife but had terrible cell service. Jessica quickly responded by going above and beyond to text me pictures of what they have in store to ensure my wife received a b-day gift from her favorite store.
