On 9/23/2020 I took delivery of a Washer from these people. The brand new machine that was delivered by Best Kitchen and the two young men delivering the unit set it up and tested it for 5 minutes. The first full wash that we did the machine started smoking to the extent that we had to shut it down due to fear of an electrical fire. I called to inform them of the problem and their owner tells me that it is not his problem and I quote what do you want me to do, I did not make the machine. They tell me to call the manufacturer directly which is what I did. For three weeks now I have been dealing with the manufacturer who makes it incredibly difficult to deal with. Finally after numerous phone calls, they made an appointment to send a service tech to our home and after waiting all day, they never showed up.Best Kitchen’s owner Rick tells me today that this is not his problem. I am having a difficult time understanding how they can take my money, deliver a brand new faulty machine, and tell me that this is not their problem and expect me to deal directly with a manufacturer that apparently has no intentions of helping.I am a professional person and not someone who uses the internet to trash others. I write this so that others considering purchasing appliances from this company understand that after the sale, these people have no intention of standing behind the products they sell.

Terrible! One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They are rude, and they really don’t care about your concerns. Had an issue with an appliance and they never showed up when they said they would. Every time I get an attitude from someone and when I ask that my appliance gets fixed or get a new one, I’m told “don’t be demanding”. I will never do business with this place again.
