My fiancé and I went in to see about getting a custom wedding band after going to several other jewelers and not being able to find a band to match well with the unique setting on my engagement ring. It happened to be 15 minutes until close. We thought it would be fairly quick, like our other experiences looking. He took the time to go through multiple custom options, and pulled some stock items from the safe that he had already put away for the night. Amazingly, he had a band in the store that matched almost perfectly. He ended up staying an hour past closing to help us, and then had everything sized and ready to be picked up in two days. Will definitely be returning, and would 100% recommend.

The shop owner is a consummate professional who deals honestly, and with expertise. I haven’t yet bought a custom piece here, but I would do so in a heartbeat after seeing it in person. He is knowledgeable and accommodating without being pushy or trying to oversell you. I don’t purchase jewelry often, but he has my business for life! I wish that there were more business owners like Aaron. Stop here before you go anywhere else in Tyler.
