I love coming here!! The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The store is nice and clean. I usually find what I’m looking for if not one of the workers here will help show/point me in the right direction. I’m very satisfied with this store so far. Highly recommend for best electronic store there is in Alaska!!

So a few years ago I had a horrible experience with the Best Buy back home so I was a little hesitant to go back for more. But this location was perfect for my son and I trying to get a computer for him. We enter and asked a lady for advice on a game/College computer and she referred us to I believe the manager. I will try to get his name because I have never in my life had such a great experience he did not over sell us he was so knowledgeable and made everything so freaking awesome. Whatever your paying him is not enough. Thanks again for being so honest and just a good employee with a great attitude.

I payed alot of money what I bought broke and 3 weeks later plus 100 calls best geek set up a appointment for 2 weeks later when I got there their geek said they have no knowledge of what I paid 600.00 for never seen one and I was a week late for refund and told me to leave store thanks best buy for disappointing what would have been a patron for life
