I don’t have time to wait on the mail. I need my electronics now. Best buy had what I needed.

Went in for a simple store gift card exchange for some tablets I wanted to recycle. The process was overly complicated, and the staff was clueless, though helpful. They made me feel like a criminal for even trying to get rid of the tablets. They demanded a fingerprint (seriously!!!) along with multiple id’s etc…Then claimed it was the authority’s that demanded it, so I asked which authorities were doing that.Couldn’t get a straight answer.I wonder if corporations are actually misplacing things and using the fingerprints to blame the people when they screw up.After all, we all know how well corporations have handled individuals belongings/privacy past and present. This is a lawsuit in waiting.I better not be on some criminal database.Seriously best buy, you almost went bankrupt before, this time around it’ll be entirely your fault.

It’s a best buy. Service wise I feel like it’s like any other store similar to Walmart. At least the members aren’t terrible but at the same time not helpful. Especially when you tell me you go to this person then that person tell me to go to that person. It was on occasions I get someone to actually go into the back and got what I needed and that’s why I am giving it this rating.
