Horrible! DO NOT BUY in this store. People here are unprofessional, misleading customers and deceiving customers. We bought an open box TV the day before yesterday. It’s a defective TV. When they sold it, they promised me a lot. They said everything’s good in the screen, we can return it no matter what. When we used it at home, there were green lines in the screen from the top. We took photos, packaged it well, tried to return to the store yesterday. They didn’t ask for our photos, they just checked the TV and claimed that the damage was made by us during transportation. This is such a slander. They were just impatient and refused our return. We also asked that if we can repair it since it has the warranty. They said the TV is no longer usable and not repairable. The only thing we can do is recycle it. It’s a huge object, we have nothing to do with it. When we ask online customer service from BestBuy. They gave us a totally different version. They said they can accept our return and give us refund, but we can’t recycle it. Since we recycled it. The refund is non-negotiable. This is ridiculous. We got refused by the store which sold us defective product. Then the customer service blamed us on recycling it. Best Buy just keep deceiving the customers with all different stories. Won’t trust them again!

Best BEST BUY EVER! I’ve gone to every Best Buy near and in San Jose and this one you can tell has the best management and the employees are very nice. I walked in expecting the worse because of my previous experiences at other stores but when I did my return it was hassle free! For instance, I’ve gone to the Santana Row one to return my tv but the worker made me wait 5 hours just to make sure I wasn’t lying.. Anyway, keep up the good work if you have discernment, you can see the workers are nice here.
