First time in this best buy. Honestly the racks were void of allot of good things. People must be snagging them up, but if that’s the case then why not come over a new supplier. Came in for a charger but its tool almost an hour to find what I was looking for because I was waiting for the single associate in cell phones to help. Honestly I saw least a dozen employees just chit chatting amongst themselves, or doing absolute nothing. Still in got what I was looking for and the girl working at smartphones is awesome. Horrible!! Had a warranty in my Ps4 controller, customer service decided to give me back a store credit. For what? The controller is not available in the store and online so what was I supposed to do? I went back to get my controller from customer service I had to talk to a manager to do that and the answer was you just made it under the 10 minutes return policy What 10 minutes policy? I was still inside the store. I did not want to get stock with a store credit. Unfortunately just purchased a washer and dryer not long ago if I could ill return everything. Best buy is no longer in my list. Ever again!!!
