This Best Buy has a great staff! Every time I go in to get phone screens replaced, buy new phones etc., I have always been treated kindly and helped by a knowledgeable staff member. We were in past closing time on accident and the employee didn’t even make us feel unwanted or bring up, well, it’s really past our hours…, sort of stuff. He did mention it after a while and we took off but he was super cool about it.Gotta say that I gave been helped by Ausha multiple times and she is very helpful and is super great to deal with! I will be back and spend my money come opening hours!

I ordered a treadmill from here and it was acting up in a few months. I called their customer service and they stated that it was outside of warrantly in only a few months so I needed to contact the manufacturer. I have been dealing with Pro-Form for months without getting it fixed even after technician came to my home to fix it. After months of no use and complete frustration I contacted the main Best Buy customer service and finally was transferred to a manager after a 1 1/2 hour wait. During this wait I could hear someone coming on the line and then placing me on hold again. They were basically waiting for me to hang up. The manager, Jacqueline, finally answer and started speaking over me with her script of how there is NOTHING Best Buy can do and I have to go back to the manufacturer. Even when I tried to explain that my 50+ phone calls and waisted time is beyond anything reasonable she proceeded to re-read her script that I needed to go back to them.They don’t stand behind any product they sell and their customer service is horrendous because it doesn’t exist. Please keep in mind that I am an elite customer with multiple purchases and they just blew me off. I will definitely look elsewhere to purchase costly items from companies like COSTCO in the future.As long as your product is never returned you are fine but if something goes wrong you will regret you ever purchased anything from there because their return policy is so short and they don’t stand behind anything that they sell.
