It took a little bit of time flagging down an associate to help us out. At first I was a little bummed because of the thin selection of smart watches, but once we got someone to help us out it was great! The first associate did not have a lot of experience with smart watches but he was able to found Polo.Polo was able to answer all of our questions and show us all the features on the Samsung watches. He was most excellent! Definitely a Best Buy location to check out if you want good and personalized service!

This is bar none the worst Best Buy I have ever been too. You get stopped at the door and tell them what you’re looking for. You tell them, then they give you a vague finger point in that direction and then you get check pointed to the next associate? Now that associate asks you to check in on the tablet in the front of the store where you just walked in? I get why people shop on Amazon instead of playing the last bastion brick-and-mortar best buy a visit. I was a Circuit City guy myself but this is just unacceptable. Lastly, there was no one in the store. I don’t know why helping me was such a nuisance. No matter, Amazon’s got it coming tomorrow before lunch. I tried.
