Best, Best Buy store I’ve ever shopped at! (No pun intended) pre & post COVID. I was always given the best expert advice and most importantly genuine willingness to help me. I never felt dumb asking a question I didn’t know. Thanks to ms Veronica and her home theater team for helping me visualize what I want in the future for my future apartment. Have made 3 purchases recently. One was pick up and we had a good experience as the guys helped load even though it was raining the moment we got there. The second was delivery and it was delivered next day. No issues. Happy to have this option. Today we went to the store and was disappointed of so many employees standing around that seemed bothered when we asked for help. He didn’t really answer my question and left. We found the tv we wanted on our own. We had to keep pulling up the website to find out details that are not provided at the store. Next time, we are sticking to online purchases to avoid those employees that don’t really want to work.
