I took my MacBook Air in for a trade in, there was an imperfection on the screen display, which I explained to the guy at the counter with no name tag. Everything else was fine with the 1.5 year old laptop. He said no trade in value! 0 ! He did not ask another person at all. I will go else where for my electronics. Pretty sad you don’t back up what you sell for trade ins. I bought my last item from you store today. I have had better service from Walmart. ♂️

I waited a while for assistance… but when I finally got it, Sean was AMAZING. Coming in, I was shopping for a nice camera to begin experimenting in photography and didn’t have much knowledge on the subject other than some general googles. He was VERY informative and helpful. Going in to the San Marcos location I was hesitant because I know most employees are college students just looking for a job, I got so lucky finding Sean here. If you’re looking for camera help/advice, he’s the one to ask!!
