I purchased a radio receiver for my vehicle online. It was an open box. When I got there they told me it was missing a bracket. I told them I don’t want it if I can’t have it installed. They told me that the radio guy was out. I asked them to call me when he is in and tell me if I can install it before I pick it up. Mind you I was there in person. No one ever called me so I went back 5 days later. I spoke to a manager who assured me that he would be calling me the following day to let me know. It’s been another 5 days and I never got a call. They need to work on honoring their commitments.
