From the moment I walked in I found ease in finding associates knowledgeable with any questions I had for my purchase, for those who weren’t sure were not afraid to ask other associates who did know. I even found the staff was friendly including Evan, he works in the gaming department, he was experienced in a variety of games and systems, we even had an almost hour long conversation about the different games we liked and disliked. I enjoy this best buy immensely, I try coming back to it anytime they have something I need.

My experience with bestbuy today. 2/28/2021@06:25 I order portable charger online and went to pick up from a store. I called before I head that way, the waiting time on the phone was horrible and when I went to the store they have employees more than customers? They have quantity people not quality. The lady said it’s available. I went there the customer service was horrible. I went to get the items they had only two available and both been used and put back on box. I said Sir I bought New one. The guy was mad for some reason.1. open boxes shouldn’t be sold as new.2. Teach the team to smile. Or fire them and replace them with someone want to work.3. Make sure when a customer come walk with him see what he needs.4. Team need more training on sales, customer service.5. I’ve noticed laziness. It’s seems they get pay salary and they just want to get the day over with.6. I switch to buy another item and the cashier was cool.

One the same day, email saying order was fulfilled. #%#% Called at least 5 times, connected once but got dropped on hold. 30min wait to chat and agent disconnects in the middle. No delivery. Store is NOT able to take calls directly.
