GREAT VISIT!!! Came in for a CAT6 cable. Was greeted at the door and was walked to exactly what I was looking for. (happy face) Had time to look at the movies. I picked up the Star Wars Force Awakens 3D collectors set and Life of Pi in 4K. Very happy!!!

Poor customer service. Walked in and was looking up and down the phone isles trying to find a charger, not one employee asked if I needed help. (3 were standing around and even looked at us. One of which walked right past us to help another customer). I finally found one (for an android, small section behind all the iPhone accessories) and went on to look for a computer monitor. After searching and standing in the same area for well over 10 minutes trying to figure what the price was on the monitors (thanks to the website) I finally found the one I was looking for, at the top in the overflow area. Since noone bothered to help, my husband had to use the stairs to get it down. There were not that many customers in the store and so many employees just standing around talking with each other. At check out, the lady spoke so quietly I could hardly hear her. I have bad hearing as it is and tend to read lips to know what people are saying, masks don’t help. But when I asked her to repeat herself numerous times so I could hear what she was saying, she barely spoke louder and seemed annoyed to even have to be working.
