The ENTIRE staff is RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME @ this store!!!Sadly, I can’t say the same for the back end office account management. The people high enough in the chain, who get paid to answer the phone while staying @ home, had me in TEARS. I’ve been trying to get reimbursed $388.16 since NOVEMBER 2020. THEY HAVE NOT CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKE, NOR DO THEY CARE ENOUGH TO DO SO!!!! I SHOULD be treated with both kindness and appreciation as a valuable patron ~ AS I AM CONTRIBUTING TO THEIR PAYCHECKS ~ however, this is absolutely NOT the case!!!!!!! If it weren’t for the employees @ our Lake Jackson store, SO HELP ME I’d NEVER step foot in Best Buy again EVER.

They need to restart their battery and electronics recycling at the front of the store. That helps the earth and provides a great service for customers. This is a very small Best Buy store. I need every incentive they can provide, and the closed recycling bins really peeve me. No more purchases from me until they again accept recycling items.
