I compared laptops on my own because the employees aren’t very helpful. The laptop I decided to buy was on display but not available in the store, so I had to wait for the order to arrive days later. I asked to make payments for the laptop from my bank debit card but the employee set up an application for a Best Buy credit card instead. The employees need to be more careful.

Went to grab a phone screen protector and the protector did not work. Paid $30 just to throw it in the trash. Usually have a better experience with the products here and I’m pretty sure it was the same tempered glass protector from before but it didn’t work this time. I wish it hadn’t been such a disappointment.

Went there looking at laptops for my boy. The sales rep was very helpful in digging up info about the 3 comps we were considering as far as upgrades possible. While we didn’t, infact, find what we needed in store we did end up buying one online from them. My only thought is that I wish the carried more AW laptops in store. I’d recommend.
