Great products, however the employee will tell you everything is warranted and whwn you attempt to take it back its another story. I was just turned away on my drone after the employee said I had a 1 year in store warranty. We also purchased an additional warranty which they couldn’t find keep your receipts guys!

Very poor service and not very professional. This location on 249 and 1960 was packed inside and I was there for curbside. The curbside was not packed at all and I waited nearly 35 minutes to receive my order. An employee that came out to give a customer their order refused to help me out. During this busy time BEST BUY should assign certain employees to fulfill the curbside needs and service. They have enough employees to do such thing. If I could I wouldnt give this location a 1 star. I dont recommend this location at all. The entrance and exit is horrible and very unsafe.
