I went to this store with my partner with the intention of purchasing a TV for our apartment. Upon entering, we were not greeted by the individual at the front, although other customers were. My partner and I stood by the TVs alone for over 30 minutes trying to answer our questions ourselves, until deciding to go to the front and search out an employee for help. I asked the same individual at the front if there was anyone available to help answer a few questions, and he told me no because everyone is the story was currently busy. However, there was literally a maximum of three other customers in the store and it was clear that they just did not want to help us. My partner and I continued to look at the TVs on our own, and painfully watched 3 different employees as well as the manager walk by us, look both of us up and down, say nothing and walk away. After realizing that no one would help us and we couldn’t figure it out ourselves, we decided to give up. I don’t know if we weren’t helped because of our orientation or not, but I can say for certain that the store was Not busy and the employees just seemed unwilling to help because they didn’t want to. Will NOT be coming back, and would definitely recommend going to a different Best Buy.
