Terrible customer service. I purchased an item from Best Buy and bought the Best Buy warranty. The lady at the counter tells me they cannot exchange my item even though my warranty is still active. I’ve had multiple issues with this company when it comes to warranty and today is the last time I will be dealing with Best Buy. This place use to be my favorite store. Sad.

OH THE WHOOMANITY!! Ordered a Christmas movie via curb service. They don’t go outside the cave after six but they let us wait. Got a text the next day that it was sold out. Went to the store and there it was in the correct location. Wowser! If you can’t do it, don’t freakin’ offer it!!!!

First off, Isaac was fantastic help.. But the store had nothing in stock, just about every display laptop I looked at had to be ordered, and the place is understaffed, so I chose to order online on my own and let Isaac help others. Why even have stores?
