Currently typing out this review on my new laptop. Noah in the computer section helped me right away. Listened intently to what I was looking for in a new laptop. He fit me with the perfect one. Very knowledgeable for such a young man. I was in and out within an hour.Please make sure he gets recognized for his excellent customer service. I purchase security cameras in October I’ve been having a lot of problems with them. The Geek Squad has been out twice. We have determined it’s just a bad unit of cameras they came in one box of three. I went and talked to Best Buy in person and they were so understanding and so nice and patient with me when it came right down to it they are going to come out and replace the cameras for free. I bought them back in October is I said so they were not that old they were really good working with me and I really appreciate that they get six stars for me thank you so much Best Buy you guys are awesome!
