This is my local Best Buy and it’s seen better days I think. The staff (not including those in the cellphone sales department) are usually scarce, and a lot of the shelves are empty or understocked. It’s also common to see trash from the Starbucks next door hanging out on random shelves.It’s possible this is in relation to COVID however, as I know stock and supply is hitting most of the market right now, so I don’t wanna fault them too much there.I’ll update this when things settle down. Hopefully the score will be able to be increased!

I purchased the extended warranty until 2024. As part of the warrenty they told me if my TV breaks I can just bring it in and replace it for a new one or be credited. So my Samsung TV did break I called to make sure my warrenty is still valid. But now they have to send techs to my house to make sure it’s not fixable. So now I have to wait to make a appointment with there geek squad. Have them come to my house which I am not comfortable with Covid. Tell me my TV is broken then I can take it to the store and replace it.What a SCAMM!!!!! I DO NoT RECOMMEND THIS STORE BUNCH OF LIARS.
