This Best Buy is neat and clean. It is a bit more busier than other Best Buy. The follow codvid restrictions. Their is a greeter. You do need to be a bit more pro active when it comes to store picks. I find it is easier to have your order number plus I’d ready. You will be in and out very quickly.

Poor customer service and low options for high quality laptops, even advertised products. The representatives at Best Buy treats customers as if our presence inconveniences their work day. I’m amazed by how callous they can be and how long customers have to wait for acknowledgement and assistance. I have chosen to shop elsewhere if I have a choice.
