The geek squad is excellent. They’re very eager to please. The sales staff is very knowledgeable. If the one waiting on you can’t answer a question you have. That person will find another who is able to answer it. The only bad thing is that some of the sales people are more than willing to up sell anything to a customer who isn’t knowledgeable about the product. My advice is to read up on anything your thinking about buying. This way those few on the sales team won’t be able to upsell you. Definitely think about getting the GEEK SQUAD. You never know when you’ll need help with your electronics. I have been shopping at the Caesars bay best buy since the day it opened. I don’t go anywhere else and I strongly urge everyone to follow my lead on this
