Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They come to assist, they don’t hide in the corner and talk with other staff members while they make you wait, unlike the other branches in Queens. This is my go to branch when I need to get something, if the item is not available they’ll offer to order it for you and tell you the ETA before you leave the store.

I bought the new I Mac, I asked a store associate if it came with a keyboard and mouse and he said no so I bought a new apple keyboard and mouse and a trackpad totaling 390$, the computer was on a back order and didn’t arrive until a month later. After wards I opened that iMac and found it did come with a keyboard and mouse I have been coming to this Best Buy for many years and have spent well over 10k at this location and never had a problem. Needless to say I won’t be shopping at this Best Buy location no more

They changed the layout. Was not too busy. Greeted as I came through the door. I was offered assistance for any products. A knowledgeable team/staff. Lighting is great and items are easy to find. Even the items I ordered on line were available in about two hours. I received text and email messages as to the status of my items. Finally, I was inquiring about an item and learned that it was not available in the store, however, they would have it by the next day; before days end if I wanted it. They put the order in and already received a message that the expected delivery date would be good. (I love it) Thank you Best Buy… Your the BEST!!
