Best Buy, is Best Buy for a reason. Great products, good selection, and the service has always been positive. I would even go as far as to say that, some of the Associates/Employees service has been EXCEPTIONAL!!The location I typically visit is Cortland Manor, NY. No one is going to say, I love spending money right? However, whatever amount I do spend there, I walk out FULLY KNOWING, and confident about my purchase. This is because of the attentive Sales Representatives. Cuddos to Manager; Michael, and suburb help from Louis. I’ll be back.

Walked in for a customer pick up item. I asked the staff member at the door for the direction of the pick up area. He tells me follow the blue arrows on the floor. They brought me to the main registers. Had to walk off the line, then another member told that same person had to help me. So the person I asked to guide me to the customer pick should’ve helped me to begin with.. That bothered me… So that’s the reason for 4 stars. The store itself is good..
