For a Best Buy it’s fine but out of the 5 items I wanted to buy 4 of them were just hanging tags that said, Find an associate.Two of the items had to be ordered online and shipped to my hope (they covered the shipping) but overall not a great store experience. The point of going to a store is to see the item and shop for things.The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

I’d go higher, but the store (like other Best Buys) is so understocked! And not just after Christmas – typically. But this one seems better than the Yonkers store.But I do like that their people actually know their products. They were out of what I was looking for, but the associate was patient enough to answer a few technical questions. And what he didn’t know, he was honest enough to say so and offer a source online to look it up.This store and the one in Yonkers – I’m always pleasantly surprised at product knowledge and helpfulness. Sometimes it’s a process to get their attention, but it’s worth it.Kinda looks like BB is trying to be more online. They had enough TVs, computers, laptops, and appliances on display. But accessories and other items – not so much.
