I went into Bert’s today 6/5/21 in hope’s of looking to get information regarding the purchase of a bike. I looked around for over 15 minutes and not one employee came to ask if I needed assistance or acknowledged that I was there. I saw the employees assisting several customers that arrived well after I did. I walked to the front of the store and still no acknowledgement from any employee. As I was leaving I saw 2 employees engaging amongst themselves. I felt uncomfortable and ignored as if my business didn’t matter possibly because of my race.

Great place to get your ebikes. Very knowledgeable, explained everything you need to know. Checked to make sure the bikes were sized right and working properly before he loaded them in our vehicle for us. Thanks Bert!

I bought a trainer here a few days ago and while I’m usually pretty handy I couldn’t get my bike to work on it for the life of me. I stopped back in with the trainer and bike a few days later and the employees were more than willing to help me figure it out and get me on my way! Quick, friendly service, thank you!
