Bertrand’s has outstanding service. Everyone that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with here has been incredibly knowledgeable and seems to be willing to go to any lengths to assist the customer. the instruments here are also beautiful and make me wish I could play all of them. Which reminds me it seems like they offer lessons too! Hmm…And of course each time I’ve been in there Beethoven is playing in the background, most recently the 6th symphony. Keep up the great work!
