I don’t believe the staff in Amsterdam are qualified, knowledgeable, Informed or polite. In their defense, most of Amsterdam is like that. I was repeatedly given misinformation. luckily they’re not too big to fail because if the whole operation is running like the Amsterdam branch….it won’t be long
