Initially told blinds would take 2 weeks… they took 5 weeks. I checked in every few weeks and they were very slow to get back. Always pushing back time. Product came after I moved so was no good to me. I communicated my needs, and they fell short completely. Would not allow cancellation or a refund. Even when I told them specifically why I needed my product by the set time. They said no problem. What a waste of time and money. Not honest, and not good customer service.

Great experience. Ordered a blind. I’d been told on the phone before-hand how to measure.Came in and placed my order–nice and simple (and surprisingly affordable) and got my blinds a week later.Would definitely go back.
