Shopping for three days for a stem. Most were too arrogant to talk in the English language and answer questions. Talked to Mike and he handled every question i had been asking for three days.Giant did not post stem length and or rise. Mike took two minutes and found out exactly what i was looking for. Im only irritated that i have to drive to go see him. Lol. Mike can you please open a bike shop in the North Bay ?

Not a friendly shopping experience when trying to buy a bike. We saw a bike a few weeks ago and took a picture of it. We returned to buy or order the bike and the guy with glasses told us that bike was never there nor could it be ordered. He said he has worked there a year and only he has a TCR model in the shop, no one else! We could only purchase the bikes in the shop which were the wrong size. He didn’t know about bike sizes. Here is a picture of the bike we took in THEIR shop. He is not a good person to have at a small business.
