Upfront and fair pricing. Great pro-active communication. They replaced a water pump, one leaking freeze plug, and repaired a leaking fuel line on a 1995 van that has MANY more needed repairs. They suggested a few of those (that’s their job), but when I declined they did not push it. That’s honesty in my book. Job well done!
