My friend lost her father, so I wanted to surprise her with flowers to put a smile on her face.There were 3 major issues:1. The flowers were not delivered during the time requested. As a result, the flowers were delivered to me so that I can give them to my friend. That completely defeated the purpose to surprise her.2. The flower arrangement I ordered was of the pic on their website, Summer Blossom. However, what I received was not as nicely arraigned as the website pic. Some of the leaves were damaged. On top of that, I upgraded the order to premium!! There was nothing premium about the arrangement.3. The customized card with sympathy message was just a piece of white paper with the message printed in it.For the price, I was extremely disappointed! I will not be a returning customer. In addition, I would not recommend this florist to anyone.
