I needed a swimsuit. Belk isn’t my first goto when shopping for specific items. I found a suit and paid less than half the price which was great. The staff was AWESOME and answered my questions.

Belk at the Parkway Place Mall has been a go to clothing store for me and my family for as long as the Mall has been here. They usually have good sales and their bell rewards program helps make the deals even better. My only complaint is the lack of registers they keep open and how long it can take to checkout when they are busy.

While the store had a descent selection of items in some areas, others it appeared as if they were totally sold out & were in total disarray. There are plenty of registers located throughout the store, but finding an open one was like looking for the Lost Ark, not to mention there are no open dressing rooms to try clothes on, however that may have been due to the pandemic.
