I went in looking for a pair of shoes not sure if I would find anything and ended up getting two great pairs of shoes during the clearance sale. Really just wanted to comment on the customer service there. I have been to several Belk locations and this one is now my favorite. I was helped by Kim – not only did she make sure I was aware of all the coupons on the app. She was like a friend helping me shop! She was extremely patient and kind. I could tell she was just genuinely trying to make my Belk shopping experience exceptional and the Florence Belk is lucky to have her working there! I will definitely be back to visit because of Kim! I came to Belk for the first time the other day and I was having such a hard time finding things but your employee Mildred was such an angel and helped me find everything I was looking for! She was an absolute gem and didn’t once make me feel bad for asking questions. Mildred was super knowledgeable about the store and I don’t know what I would have done without her!
