I placed an order for sheets and when they had not arrived over a week later, I called customer service and they refused to do anything about it. They offered no solution and said I had to wait 15 days before they would consider the set lost, and then I had to call back and request a refund, which could take up to 15 more days. It was a $270.00 order! As far as I am concerned, they stole my money. Who takes money from a customer and doesn’t give them what they paid for? I have never dealt with such a pathetic excuse for customer service in my life. So they can hold your money for at least 30 days before they do anything about it. Nice. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Decatur Belk is awful. Every time it’s like an outlet store with everything picked over. And they wonder why we residents go to Huntsville and other locations.
