Was disappointed because they wouldn’t take a pair of jeans back that didn’t have the tags on them because I threw them away on accident. I had my receipt where it showed that I had purchased them. Their dressing rooms are closed because of COVID, which I understand but I only tried the jeans on. That’s it. She still refused to accept the return. She being Kathy or Cathy ASSOC 011274 per my receipt. Also, the lady who checked me out was very unfriendly and just didn’t care because she wanted to get back to what she was doing before I walked up to the register. She being ASSOC: 014834 per my receipt.

The store looked like it had been looted. The shelves are empty and what is there was wadded up and crammed on the shelves. I was trying to get a shirt and tie for my son and only found one tie in the color he needed and it had been tied in a knot. We searched the store looking for someone to help us and never found anyone. We kept looking for a place to pay for our purchase and all we found were empty registers. I finally asked a woman in the jewelry department where I could pay and she pointed to an empty shoe department and then said to try cosmetics. I went there followed by two other people trying to give the store money, only to be told to try ladies wear. I just put my purchase on the counter and walked out. At least I learned where not to go when shopping for clothes.
