Came here in January seeking a mattress for my 86 yr old mother. Bill was very helpful and we found a Beauty Rest mattress that fit her very well and she has enjoyed it ever since. It was delivered two weeks later and the delivery persons were extremely nice and helpful. They had a good selection as well. Ordered some sheets at the same time but still have not arrived 4 weeks later. However, Covid has disrupted the deliveries
