My wife and I were going to buy another mattress from Bedzzz Express from the Jasper store. When we get there and find a mattress we want we told the lady that works there that the reason we are back is because of the good experience last time. The lady says we may be under warranty. We checked our mattress and it’s almost 3 inches under the mattress line. We call her back and they will not exchange it not because of it sagging lower than it supposed to be but because we have A STAIN ON THE MATRESS. So why should we buy another mattress from there? And we were going to go to a King before she tells us about our NO-WARRANTY we may or may not have.

Have a mattress I bought here and it is like sleeping in a ditch and it has a ten year warranty and they will not give me any help to replace it
