We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving the needs of homeowners, renters, businesses, medical offices and a wide variety of organizations throughout Westchester County, NY since 1998. The services we offer are: climate controlled self storage, wine storage, free pickup, moving supplies, packing supplies, records storage. We offer inside rooms and outside units that are perfect for loading and unloading your car, truck or van. Each tenant is provide a gate access code. Our facility is monitored by closed circuit TV 24/7/365.

After being let down massively by Safe Haven right next door (ran five minutes late due to traffic) as the manager had plans so couldn’t wait an extra 10-15 minutes, Janice (Bedford Storage manager) went above and beyond to help me with a unit knowing that I was in a bind.Janice provided several options for me on very short notice and was incredibly kind and empathetic of my situation. Her customer service was absolutely top-drawer and I had no idea what I would’ve done if she hadn’t of been so flexible as I had a U-Haul that I had to return that was full of furniture.I stored my furniture in a 10×10 unit for two months while in between apartments. Coming from a two-bedroom apartment, I had plenty of items that comfortably fit in the 10×10. The unit was clean, well ventilated and there were no signs of damage or dampness. The facilities ensured safety (code required to open electronic gate, back gate for exit) and there are multiple dollies/lifts to make your life easier with loading.After two months, my furniture was still in the exact same condition which further highlighted how well kept/ventilated the units are. I had several conversations with Janice in the interval and she was always one text/call away and genuinely cares about her customers.10/10 experience and highly recommend using Bedford Storage if you’re in need.

Highly recommend Bedford Self Storage. We had a unit there for a few months between moves and have nothing but good things to say. Payments were easy, getting in and out of the complex was easy and the unit was clean, indoors and safe. We will definitely use them again if a need for another storage unit arrives.

My husband and I rented a storage unit at Bedford Self Storage for 8 months. We had such an incredible experience. Everyone (especially Janis) was incredibly helpful, the units were safe and clean and we had no issues moving in, moving out or with payment. Their rates were completely fair and they even had a trailer to help with move in items!
