Jacob was the gentleman who helped me and my daughter today and what a great help he was. He listened, showed and explained to me everything. I explained colors I wanted , how deep the cushions I wanted and that I really didn’t want to wait for months to have it come. We walked the store and he showed me my options while reassuring that if I didn’t love it I should not settle on it. It was 3 hours of his time and I appreciated it. As well as a huge shout out to the manager. I wish I had gotten her name. She helped me get the 5 year protection plan which I really couldn’t afford. Must say the customer service here is amazing and it should be your first stop when searching for new furniture. Ask for Jacob…. Also as a manager myself in retail I rarely do reviews and only if the service was super good .

Great prices but only problem make sure item is in stock because of pandemic slowed production on some items good sales staff and office personnel
