WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Recieved my boots and they didnt fit. Contacted jeremy and he said to send back. Boots were sent back along with a professional foot mold that I had made . Boots were sent to me again with NOTHING done. Sent back boots again with nothing done again. My additional costs were approx 100 dollars to shipping and foot mold done. Jeremy said nothing else would be done. THANKS ALOT. Now I have a 500 dollar pair of boots that are 3/4 of an inch too short. BUYER BEWARE. Beck boots dont stand behind their product. Their guarentee means nothing . All I wanted was what I paid for. Nothing more or nothing less. Asked jeremy why he didnt remake boots the first time I sent them back. No reply.
