Beauty Heroes is a beautiful space to spoil yourself in. I’ve had the pleasure of two treatments with Emily, she’s very knowledgable and talented. Irit is warm and welcoming and I love spending time chatting with both of them. Their product choices are top-notch, I don’t have to think about what I’m buying because they’ve done all the research. You can even recycle lots of items in the store, so drop by and get rid of old razors or toothpaste tubes and take a spin around. You won’t regret it. <3

What an incredible experience at Beauty Heroes, both shopping the retail store as well as receiving a luxurious facial.SHOP: I’ve recently made the shift to 100% clean and organic makeup and skin care products. As a subscriber to Beauty Heroes online for many years, I know I can trust their hand-picked selection to be free from any harmful chemicals. I came in to replace many of my existing products, and was blown away with how beautiful and well-appointed the store is. The staff treated me with love, kindness and respect. I described what I was looking for, the challenges with my skin, and I was able to try on several skin care products and makeup right there in the gorgeous store. That way I was confident in my purchases. Irit at the front desk seemed genuinely happy to support me which made me feel comfortable and thrilled to support their local business.FACIAL: I came back the following week for a custom facial with Emily. I hadn’t had one in months due to COVID. They take extreme precautions, including having me fill out an intake form and ensuring the space is well ventilated and free from germs. Emily was very present with me, taking the time in the beginning to ask questions about my skin and hear about what I wanted most from the experience. Then, I selected a couple of crystals to place underneath the treatment bed to enhance my experience. That was a new, fun and effective addition! I felt super relaxed like I was floating on a cloud the whole time.As she gently worked with my skin, Emily took the time to describe each product she was using and why so I could understand its effects. I loved all the natural scents from the products throughout the treatment. I felt like I was at a spa, especially with the vaulted ceiling, natural light and relaxing music in the room. Afterwards, she helped me pick out a few more skin care items in the store that would work well with my skin. She even provided some testers so I could go home and try them out before committing to the whole bottle. She left me with a complimentary Beauty Heroes travel bag with a couple of sample items, as well as list of all the wonderful products she used on my skin during the treatment. And a warm, kind smile.It’s now several days later and my skin feels amazing – soft and smooth. Even my husband commented how clear my face looks and how smooth it feels. All in all – this was a first class experience and I will definitely be back again soon!

My ultimate beauty destination…..I happened by here when stopping for a quick snack on my way home to San Francisco one day and could not believe my luck in finding Beauty Heroes. They have an incredible array of skincare, makeup and wellness and everything in the store is absolutely clean and safe to use, without any harmful chemicals that are found in so many products today. I even picked up a lipgloss for my 8 year old!!!! I’ll be visiting here from San Francisco – it’s a destination in itself.
