We bought a ring here about 9 years ago. The service was Pleasant. We even visited with Mr. Beard and he seemed to be a really nice man. We have been taking our ring in for service and having it cleaned Periodically ever since. The Man that use to be there that cleaned and serviced it was always so helpful and always eager to satisfied our needs. Just this past week we stopped by to have them look at it and clean it. WELL the young lady they have now servicing and cleaning your Jewelry is not so pleasant! She was extremely rude and acted like she was put out with having to first look at it and then told us we would have to leave it for a week or so before she would have time to get to it. I told her I did not feel comfortable leaving it and that it would only take a few minutes to assure us everything was okay with it. Once again she act like she was put out and then called the manager over for him to tell us that she couldn’t get to it right now that she was actually on her lunch break at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon! Sad that the customer service has gone downhill! I’m sure the owner Mr. Beard doesn’t realize it!!! I will NOT ever buy from them again. This is NOT the service we were promised when we purchased our ring.

Bought a skinny chain from here about two years ago and and found out from multiple different jewelers that I was completely overcharged for what I received. Compete rip off. You can get real gold anywhere else for much cheaper. Paid nearly $800 too…

I had a wonderful experience at Beard’s. The service was the best. The employees were so nice and went out of their way to help me. I had four rings repaired and one, I had customized. All of them turned out better than I expected. They were beautiful! I WILL be back.
