I used to be okay going here but I’m so Disappointed with the service. They never call to le you know when your prescriptions are ready. Or even after the spoke to your prescriber.I called this am let a message but never return my call. I had to call them back. Finally after I call several times to get what I needed… I Thanked the pharmacist and he said Bye back!They should customer service goes a long way!Even on a busy day, Going to the pharmacy shouldn’t be as stressful !

I usually have no problems with Beacon pharmacy but this morning I had an unpleasant experience with the pharmacist with issue of medicine not delivered to an elderly patient. Most pharmacies call when medicine is ready for pick up but this time medicine has been sitting at the pharmacy. When you’re talking about an elderly person with limited resources & relying on an aid it’s crucial 4 your pharmacy to advise when medicine is available. Now we won’t be able to have medicine until the end of day because they won’t be able to deliver until then. Unacceptable!
