Waitress: Nice at first and became pushy overtime in order to turn table fast.

One of the most delightful dinner experiences. This is James Beard quality dinning and service. Oh yes…did I mention the view? The most unique dish was a special appetizer called tuna taco. A hard tortilla with a layer of guacamole then a layer of a chipotle aiole then shredded lettuce topped with three very rare rectangles of tuna with four spheres of a very spicy sauce on the sideIf I lived in Sag Harbor, this would be a regular.

Impeccable location with an unforgettable view. Go for the sunset, and stay for the key lime parfait. Delicious and creative cuisine. Recommend you try the pork belly pretzel extravaganza, and the halibut that’s tucked into parchment and babied to perfect. The restaurant’s best feature? David – who runs this palace like an adorable drill sergeant who’s got a serious thing for excellent service. Bravo!
