I wasn’t sure about this place because of some of the of the reviews, however I was kind of stuck using them because another place that I tried to use said my wife’s sewing machine needed a part that couldn’t be shipped due to COVID and factory being shutdown…until December possibly. I called and the guy said they won’t charge estimate fee and the cost for COA would be $129 plus parts probably3 days to repair. I dropped it off and the next day I get a call saying its ready to be picked up…NO PARTS NEEDED! The guy that talked to me was to the point and not the nicest person I’ve met, but wasnt rude…just very matter of fact. I am happy with the service provided.
