I came to this shop for an alignment on a Thursday around 10 AM and they finally called me to pick up the truck around 4 PM. As I was leaving the shop I turned on Texas avenue and my tie rod fell off my truck. I had to park my truck and walk back to the shop so they could fix it. After they reattached my tie rod I limped my truck back to the shop. They decided they they could not fix my truck that same day and decided to lock it up in the shop. I came back to get my truck the next morning and they moved it out of the way so they could work on other peoples vehicles. I waited 4 hours for them to finally finish my truck. Finally I was able to leave with my vehicle after missing two days of work and countless trips to the shop. I drove my truck home and climbed under to discover they forgot to put on all of my skid plates. If you value your time and money do not use Baytown brake and muffler!

Gotta give it to David, he tackled a picky Jeep suspension problem – Very clear diagnosing my problem, showed me the problem – then fixed it!! The crew went out their way to accommodate me, I’ve found my new home shop!! Thank you!! P.S – they did a great job on my exhaust too, I wanted a deeper sound – it sounds MUCH better!

I had taken my truck in to find out what the problem was at a different shop and was quoted an outrageous price yet I was never really shown what the issue was I called around 100 places after that and was greeted by an super honest guy named Kyle on the other end of the line who took a look at my truck showed me the problem and gave me the best quote I had heard in two days I left my truck with him and a gentle man named Juan and they got it in and out in one day and my truck is back on the road and I don’t feel like I’ve been abused by the pricing they have most definitely gained a loyal customer Kyle was amazing from the first phone call it’s hard to find a honest mechanic these days!! But these guys were amazing I would recommend them to anyone with vehicle issues or even for a simple brake change! You just can’t go wrong!! Thanks again guys for everything. You’re a true blessing to a single mom!!
